CALLING ALL PRAYER WARRIORS

Well hello all,
I apologize for the lack of communication from Harrison and I the last month. It has been one whirlwind of a month!
As many of you know, we have been waiting on ONE PAPER from the University since September. It has been a constant trying process trying to get what we need. We originally had plane tickets for December the 31st that we had to cancel, because despite being promised we would have the paperwork prior to Christmas break, we alas did not.
Christmas was really tough. We had to wait two weeks for the University to open just to get some answers. We had a window of January 11th to January 25th to arrive at the University and when the University opened on January 5th and still no head way was made, we were at a loss of what to do. We just kept thinking, 'Should we be doing this?'
We have found that Satan has been throwing many a wrench in our plans as we try to move forward. We have been provided so many doors for this opportunity that we truly feel that the Lord is calling us in this direction. However, that does not mean that there are not very trying days.
FINALLY on Wednesday of LAST WEEK, the University sent us our final document that arrived on Friday. We set our appointments with homeland security for Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon of this upcoming week (those were the next available). However, after repeated requests for two copies of the document they still sent only one.....*enter face palm here*
We each have to have all original documents.
We have already paid for our applications and health surcharge and let me tell you...that was not cheap..or fun.
We have contacted Harrison's advisor and we are hoping that my original will be sent out tomorrow and SUPER expedited so that we can have it on Wednesday when we send out our applications to the British Consulate in New York.
Would you be willing to take a moment to pray for this?
Also, since Harrison and I thought we were leaving at the end of December, his job post ended on December the 24th. This delay is causing Harrison to be out of work for over a month. He has a job interview once we arrive in Belfast for a youth pastorate; which would be a huge for us! However, as for now, he is out of work.
Would you be willing to pray about this as well?
Due to their delays, the University extended our latest arrival time to February the 8th! Which was great, until it continued to get delayed. Now we are looking at a very small two week window to send our applications and have them returned. We are having to pay an expediting fee that costs about $200 a piece just so they will be first in the queue to get reviewed.
This is where we need our prayer warriors.
Please pray that we can get our applications sent out on Wednesday and that they arrive safely and quickly to the consulate on Thursday. Also, that they are quickly reviewed, APPROVED, and sent back to us in as little amount of working days as possible. This way we can comfortably purchase flights.
On a lighter note, our support raising has been going exceptionally well! I added up all the totals of what we have put away, what has been gifted to us, scholarships, pledged monthly support and right now we need around $100 a month more for the next three years to cover all of our costs!! It is amazing what the Lord can do in just under a year.
This means if we could have 4 individuals pledge to $25 a month, or 10 individuals pledge to $10 a month, we can pay for all of this out of pocket. What an amazing blessing!!
Would you be willing to pray for these funds to met?
I will try to keep you all posted as these next few weeks unfold. It is such a comfort knowing we have people out there supporting us financially and in prayer!
Our link to gofundme is here on our website if you are interested in helping us along this journey!
Soli Deo Gloria,
Sarah
