And they're off!

Greetings!

I posted a few days ago about prayer requests and current concerns we were facing. I am here to give you a little update!

The website where we had to purchase priority service and our postage was down last night. Which was not good for anxious souls! We prayed that it would come back on line today and by the grace of God this morning it was functioning and we were able to purchase those items!

Also, we were concerned that my extra original document would not make it quickly, but it came to the door this morning and Harrison was able to grab it on his way to homeland security this morning!

H's appointment went well and we gathered all of our documents and got them in order!

At 4:58 this afternoon, after many many stressful months, our visa applications are on their way to New York!

Our current prayer requests include:

1) Due to a storm in Louisville, KY there may be a delay in our package arriving tomorrow morning (which is what it is supposed to do). Please pray that our package gets there in a timely manner so that we can cut down as much on the turn time as possible.

2) Pray for our nerves. I have this fear I will wake up at 2 am one of these coming nights and be in a panic that I forgot to include something into the package.

3) Pray for our applications. We have no reason to think they will not be approved, but still the possibility always exists. Pray for their safe travel, quick processing, for them to be APPROVED, and for them to be returned to us quickly.

4) Pray for continued fund raising. One of the nerve wracking parts of all of this is that amount of money we've had to put on the front end. Please pray for the funds to be met now and for the next three years.

We appreciate all of your prayers and support that we have received along the way. It was last December that Harrison and I decided to pursue this adventure and it is so surreal that our applications are actually out and being evaluated!

We will post again as soon as we know more!

Through all of this,

Soli Deo Gloria,

Sarah
